Brewer's Yeast is derived from fermented hops and barley which are usually used in beer production. This form of yeast supplement offers a rich source of nutrients. Primarily known for it's high content of B vitamins - Niacin, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid and Cobalamin, it also contains a range of minerals and amino acids.
