Conventional treats are often loaded with refined sugars and other nasties, effecting your blood sugar and weight. Why not swap some of your usual treat items for something just as tasty but a little more nutritious.
In this section you will find a range of delicious goodies for when you're on the go including organic chocolate, hard boiled sweets, fruit and cereal bars, cookies, licorice, lentil and hummus chips, kale crunchies, sesame sticks, seeds and dried fruit. If you've a little more time to prepare, rice cakes topped with almond butter or sweet fruit smoothies also make great snacks.
