Sanchi Shiro Miso

Shiro is a lighter coloured and much sweeter tasting miso. It contains a high proportion of rice and only half the salt (6% instead of 12%) of other miso. It is aged for only a few weeks to create its special light quality. Unlike most commercially made Shiro Miso, Sanchi's product contains no added sugar.
