These random sized cubes of sugared ginger root are a versatile ingredient. Some of our customers have mentioned that they like to chop a few pieces into their porridge of a morning to get them going. For the rest of us they tend to be a Christmas time treat. They have a long shelf life, so anything bought at Christmas can easily be used throughout the year in baking and cooking.

The natural warmth and sweet spice works perfectly with dark chocolate as well as in muffins and cupcakes. This ginger combines well with the flavour of apricots, mango and cinnamon. Use little pieces to flavour and garnish hot puddings.

Ginger 89% (Raw Cane Sugar).

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.  Once opened, store in an airtight container.
