Lifeplan Slippery Elm

Ingredients:

Powdered Slippery Elm Bark (Ulmus fulva), Capsule Shell: Cellulose.

Directions:

As a supplement, take one to two capsules daily as required or as a drink. To take as a drink mix the contents of a capsule to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water (or milk if preferred) stirring briskly.
