It is also very rich in vegetable protein and minerals, as well as CGF (Chloralla Growth Factor) that helps protein to be absorbed by the body. Organic Chlorella Powder.

Directions:

Recommended Dose: Begin with 1/3 teaspoon (1g) for the 1st week. Increase to up to 2/3 teaspoon in the 2nd week and as your body adjusts. Mix in water, fruit/vegetable juice, nut milk etc. Maximum dose is 1 tsp twice daily. Drink 4-8 glasses of water to help "flush out" toxins.

In some cases where the body is more toxic, some cleansing reactions may occur, such as increased bowel movements, mild headaches or queasiness. These will clear as the body adjusts.
