However, when the perspiration rate is very high, we recommend that you add a Zero High5 for 500ml of EnergySource PLUS. To increase the electrolyte levels even further. It happens very frequently in some athletes that caffeine increases cramps, so try always during a workout before the race. If you encounter a problem, change to EnergySource Standard.
