El Greco Olvia Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil (500ml)

El Greco Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil is produced from the Greek varieties Adramytini and Kolovi that are cultivated in the hillside groves of the Tzortzis family on the Island of Lesvos at the Northern Aegean Sea. Olvia is a delightful olive oil that preserves its distinct local character. It has a golden colour, complimented by a pleasantly mild flavour and lively grassy aromas.

Olive oil is renowned for its health benefits and is naturally rich in Omega 9 which is good for the cardio-vascular system and the control of cholesterol levels in the blood.  It is a major source of polyphenols and Vitamin E, which are powerful antioxidants.
