Senna, traditionally used for its laxative properties, has an unpleasant taste naturally so Dr Stuart has combined its powerful leaves with delicious herbs and spices to make a tasty but beneficial tea.
Ingredients:
Senna leaves*(31%), Liquorice root* (21%), Cinnamon, Fennel*, Ginger(10%), Senna pods*(5%), Coriander seed, Orange peels, Natural orange flavour. Dr Stuart promises that every asterisked* herb is of the highest quality active botanical grade.
Directions:
Use one bag for a cup. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the Active Botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the cup while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
One cup before bedtime. Repeat next day if necessary. No more than 4 cups in 24 hours. Not suited to children.
