Ingredients:

Carrageen (Chondrus crispus).

This is a natural product and may contain sand, shells or crustaceans. Pick and wash through thoroughly before consumption or cooking.

Directions:

Use as a substitute for gelatine in desserts and as a thickening agent in soups and stews. Traditionally, boiled Carageen is served with honey and lemon as a soothing remedy for coughs and colds.
