How to Use:
Press the pump 3 times on initial use to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray directly into the mouth ideally onto the inside of your cheek, hold for a few seconds before drinking or swallowing.
Use 2 sprays daily taken together or separately.
2 Sprays contains 200ug of methylfolate.
Woman pregnant or trying to become pregnant can use up to 4 daily sprays. (contains 400ug methylfolate)
Once opened use within 6 months store in a cool dry place and out of direct sunlight.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage doing so may cause a laxative effect.
