Greek green olives are the Konservoila variety: a large, oval, finely structured olive with a unique and soft flavor.  All olives are grown in the traditional way and carefully harvested by hand to avoid damaging their delicate skins.
Each olive is selected for ripening, pinched at the right time. These olives twist less and have a sublime and rich flavor.

Storage:
Once opened keep refreigerated in brine, consume within 3 months.
