Turmeric Root Extract (curcuma longa) 180mg (equivalent to 720mg of root), Montmorency Cherry (fruit)(prunus cerasus) extract 135mg (equivalent to 540mg of fruit), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), ginger root extract 112.5mg (equivalent to 450mg of root), Quercetin 50mg, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Cayenne from raw cayenne powder 22.5mg, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, Bioperine (Black pepper extract) 2.5mg

Directions:
