Iswari Buddha's Awakening Maca & Vanilla

Ingredients:

Milled Chia Seeds, Milled Flax Seeds, Milled Buckwheat, Almond Flour, Raw Maca Powder, Mullberries Lucuma (a superfruit from peru, rich in minerals & slow-burning carbs), Coconut Sugar (a real healthy low glycemic alternative to sugar, that is also good for the environment & local communities in Indonesia), Pure Vanilla Powder (Maca option only).

Directions:

Just 80g (aprox 4 tablespoons) of Buddha’s Awakening with Aprox 160mls of hot water (or your favorite type of ‘milk’ such as almond milk) gives a satisfying breakfast. Mix well for about 2 mins. Why not add fresh banana, berries or Iswari Raw Sprouted Oats? Can also be added to smoothies for a nutrtional boost.
