Coconut Aminos is a soy-free alternative to soy sauce that can be used as a replacement in any dish requiring soy sauce, such as in sushi, salad dressings, marinades, stir-fries, noodle dishes etc.

This product does not have a coconut flavour. It is a blend of organic coconut tree sap aged and sun-dried mineral-rich sea salt, giving it a salty flavour that is also slightly sweet on the palate.

This seasoning is 100% organic, gluten free and vegan, contains no GMO or MSG and has about 65% less sodium than regular soy sauce.

When the coconut tree is tapped it produces a highly nutrient-rich "sap" that exudes from the coconut blossoms. This sap is very low glycemic, an abundant source of 17 amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and has a nearly neutral pH. A comparison between coconut tree sap and soy, shows that coconut sap contains 2-14 times the amino acid content of soy.

Our organic, Coconut Aminos made from this pure sap, is naturally aged with sun dried, mineral-rich sea salt, that is hand gathered from pristine waters near the southern islands of the Philippine coast, and contains only 113 mg of sodium per teaspoon.
