Irish Botanica Peace & Calm Valerian Tincture 200ml

Ingredients: Each 5ml of oral liquid contains 2ml of tincture from dried Valerian (Valerian officinalis root) 1:2. Also contains Liquorice Liquid Extract, Orange Oil, Lemon Oil, Coriander Oil, Anise Oil, Ethanol and Sucrose. Recommended Use: Long-term Sleep Disturbance: > Take 5ml two times a day during the day (Morning and lunch). > Take one 5ml spoonful 30 minutes before bedtime. Higher doses can also be taken up to 10ml twice a night if needed. Mix with Fruit juice if desired.
