Dr Stuarts Valerian Plus Tea is a herbal infusion with valerian root and hops. These high quality herbs have traditionally been used soothe anxiety and relax active minds.
Ingredients:
Limeflowers*, Valerian root*(20%), Hops (15%), Passion flowers, Fennel*. Dr Stuart promises that every asterisked* herb is of the highest quality active botanical grade.
Directions:
Use one bag for a cup. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the Active Botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the cup while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
One sachet one hour before retiring to bed. Not recommended for children.
