Ingredients:

Arthrospira Platensis (500 tabs @ 500mg).
Certified Organic - non EU agriculture - Taiwan. Grown beneath remote Mt.Da-Wu using its protected spring water source.

Directions:

Start with 2-4 tabs daily for 1 week, increasing to 2-6 tabs three times daily depending on age and activiity levels. Its recommended to take with or after a meal with plenty of water. Take 30-45 mins before meals if using as part of your nautral weight management routine.
